Pierpaolo Vittoria’s Summary

Naturally Eclectic, I have always relied a lot on horizontal competences and a strong relational attitude, working in many a coordination role between sales and tech, such as Sales Engineering and Project Management. I spent over ten years in and around the Internet & Telco sector, acquiring a first-hour familiarity with the Net and a solid experience in working in complex organizations.

I am currently working for BT in Italy as Business Manager in the Global Telecom Markets division, acting as deal architect and leader of the temporary cross-functional sales teams built around main prospects.

With strong language skills (English, German, Spanish) and at ease abroad, I take special care in international relations. I graduated in Business & Economics with top marks, with a thesis on the development of human capital, and I later gained a Master in Education Science and Distance Learning.

Since a few years I'm investing consistently in training in soft skills and I am also attending a three-year certification path for Psychological Business Counseling (end 10/2009). I see my professional future in an international setting, in developement, communication and management roles.
