I have more than 15 years experience in advertising and marketing and over 10 in web development/sales. I have worked for ad agencies and small multimedia development shops as well as high end developers with high profile clientele. I have unique experience of being on both sides of web development, both as sales/business development and web construction/site architecture. I have a solid reputation in assisting businesses with their marketing efforts including Internet marketing.

More recently passions have surfaced in health and wellness and anti-aging. I work with health professionals to implement nutraMetrix into their practices. nutraMetrix is a comprehensive wellness system that offers isotonic nutraceuticals, low glycemic weight management through the Transitions Lifestyle System and DNA screening analysis. I work with them to achieve their financial goals while assisting their patients with a complementary approach to health. I enjoy being a weight management coach through Transitions and watching individuals implement lifestyle changes that help them shed pounds of body fat!!! And when they get off of pharmaceutical drugs after years of use, that is the biggest blessing of all.

Additionally, I truly believe in the power of multiple streams of income. I have been blessed to find a residual income system that has caused my own income to soar while helping to assist others in achieving their dreams/goals.

I enjoy sharing my experiences with field leaders who want to further their careers so becoming a Certified Web Trainer and sharing is a passion.

I am a Past President of the Greater Frederick Advertising Federation (GFAF), past ADDY Award chairperson for many, many years and a Past President of the Frederick Jaycees (junior chamber) where I was honored with many accolades.

Personally, I am a busy single mom to a wonderful teenager and enjoy time with friends and family, traveling and real estate investing.
