Over thirty years of comprehensive experience assessing organizational, executive, and management needs in a broad range of industries, from family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies; designing and implementing strategies for facilitating change to meet future growth needs using extensive training and consulting skills.
Designed and delivered the Pontiac-GMC customer satisfaction process improvement program. Responsible for improving the customer satisfaction in 12 of the bottom 20 customer satisfaction dealers in the country using the process improvement methods developed for this program.
University of Toyota facilitator, designed and presented customer satisfaction improvement courses for Toyota and Lexus dealership personnel throughout the US.
