I'm currently still a student at James Madison University, but I have started my professional career in web design and internet technologies by working at the Center for Instructional Technology and interning at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. I have one more year to finish up before entering the real world and I'm looking forward to figuring out where my next step will lead me.

June 2006 — May 2007 (1 year)
As the student associate at the Center for Instructional Technology, I assisted professors implement new technologies into the courses they teach at James Madison University. This included anything from helping create .pdf documents, importing and editing digital video, managing streaming video, audio editing, and scanning photographs and slides. I left the CIT for the summer of 2007 to work at my internship at the Kennedy Center, and received a promotion to Media Assistant before I returned.
