My favorite development books are:
- It's Not Luck By: Dr. Goldratt. This book you can learn serious business metric control and some unique resolutions to conflict in your life.

-First, Break All the Rules By: Curt Coffman. Have you ever wondered why some managers are so great? Find out what they have, and you want.

-One-Minute Manager By: Spencer Johnson & Kenneth Blanchard. This is just a classic, if you have not read it...You should. Get to the results in a more direct and timely manner.

Currently, my husband Jack and I own and operate PRO-Webs.net where we complete many different web development projects. We build and develop websites, complete organic optimization, and provide marketing and e commerce strategies for website owners.
