Oleg Fonarov’s Summary
During last 7 years I am working in software development industry as CEO of Program-Ace company. I am founder and owner of the company. For now it is ISO9001 certified company with 160 developers in-house and focused on innovative software solutions.
The main areas of expertise are advanced web development and entertainment 2D/3D software. The new additional area of expertise is non-entertainment 3D software solutions (serious games, professional 3D simulators, online virtual worlds, e-learning, virtual communities etc). My strategic goal is to become the leading company in interactive 3D solutions.
History:
Stage 1: Low-end outsourcing. Starting from the year 2002 the main specialization of my company is web and game development outsourcing.
Stage 2: Outsourced Product Development. From 2004 my company is involved in full-cycle OPD and has developed "Version 1" custom software for several successful startups for European and USA companies. Similar OPD projects are still interesting at the current stage too.
Stage 3: Products & Technologies. From 2006, based on our great experience and talented team, the business priorities were changed from provide software outsourcing services to R&D, investments in new software products & services or unique proprietary technologies.
I am already investing into products in all areas of my expertise:
