I am an accomplished business executive. My experience and success over 17 years has shown that I am a results orientated person who consistently delivers above quota performances. I have achieved this level of success by using practical sales methodologies, building exceptional business relationships, utilising appropriate resources and skills from colleagues, establishing credibility with clients, delivering on realistic goals and expectations and a large element of hard work.
I have proved myself as a successful manager within a direct capacity and also as a facilitator of ‘virtual’ teams that have involved resources from my own company, clients, and third party organisations.
I have successfully led solution teams who contributed to a record breaking year for Unisys in 2003. Previously I also lead the solution team who won BT's 2nd generation £24 million managed services contract for network based messaging services.
I used this knowledge and experience to start Productive Business Consulting Ltd 6 years ago. PBC is a consultancy aimed at improving the performance of companies looking to maximise their revenue, margin and customer experience.
My key areas of market expertise are IT, Services and Telecommunications and I have an extensive network of senior executives within these areas.
