Professional programmer since age 10, when I was hired to make some modifications to a local oilfield equipment company's accounting package. I've written commercial and government software for platforms that fly in space, travel under the ocean, and sit on people's desks; I've managed teams that prepare deep technical content for presentation to Microsoft's internal experts, and I've written magazine articles, blog entries, and books that communicate clearly and effectively with hundreds of thousands of readers.
In 1998, I founded Robichaux & Associates as a one-man consulting shop; through stints at Entirenet LLC and VERITAS Software, I ended up co-founding 3sharp LLC. We provide extremely high-end "Special Forces"-type consulting engagements to select Fortune 500 customers, focusing on security, deployment, Microsoft Office development, and messaging. We also write and deliver extremely technical content for customers ranging from law firms to Microsoft, delivering it as hands-on labs, webcasts, books, white papers, or in-person seminars.
Cryptography and security software design and development; messaging system design, deployment, and hardening; high-availability design and implementation for Windows; teaching and presenting on all of the above
