With close to 6 years in the IT industry, I have been involved in two domains:

ITSM (IT Service Management) Product Management, and
BFSI domain Consulting.

As an ITIL v3 certified Product Manager of ITSM Applications, I am involved in creating the best in the industry service management products to standardize and centralize IT and IT processes. My endeavour is to preempt the requirements that my customer would like to have in the products and enable them to align their IT with the ever changing needs of the business.

As a BFSI domain consultant, I have worked in Retail Banking, Internet Banking, Investment Banking, Equities, Fixed Income Securities, Mortgages, Wealth Management (Mutual Funds) and Foreign Exchange for Fortune 10 companies such as the Citigroup. I also have knowledge in FIX/DMA especially for the SELL side (brokers and I-Banks).

In Project Management, I have worked in multiple projects through all the phases of SDLC. I am experienced in both Spiral and Agile-Scrum methodology of Software development. My experience also include pre-sales activities such as responding to RFPs to the client.

I attended 3 weeks' Senior Management Development Programme at the Graduate School of Business. The focus of marketing and strategy.

As a part of the international immersion project, I was a part of the team which proposed the strategy roadmap for the starting a School of Design at Ambedkar University (AUD ; http://www.aud.ac.in/) in Delhi, India. The paper was presented to Prof. Soumitri Varadarajan of RMIT University who in turn shared the same to the Vice Chancellor of Ambedkar University.
