This exposure to the corporate world gave Frank a vast experience in management as well as participating in business expos throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America .

Frank was able to open markets for Enhance Communications Group, in charge of the International market in Colombia , Venezuela , Salvador , Panama and others. This gave him the need to get to know the Latin communities, their culture and consumers habits in these countries.

  PR Fiestas Patronales & Biz Expo ware created in 2001 with the mission of protecting and highlighting the Hispanic culture for over 600K Hispanic in Broward County. PR Fiestas is the most known and celebrated event among the Hispanic countries.
  In most Hispanic countries, these festivals are colorful displays of pride and joy, featuring parades, games, rides, regional food, and live entertainment. Most Fiestas Patronales feature verbenas (in Spanish-speaking cultures, a verbena is a country fair, modest amusement park, and/or a dance party, especially one held at night with live entertainment by famous international or local singers), amusement rides, and street vendors, among other, during the celebration. The famous group “ Menudo” and many others began their career by singing at these events in Puerto Rico
  Today PR Fiestas Patronales and its division Frank Nieves Production is a full entertainment and special event production company specialized in the Hispanic market.
