    Led the acquisition in 2008 of a small design/dev company (VuVox) adding Adobe Flash/Flex talent and capabilities to eBay. Managing the former CEO and team within eBay to shape the rich media strategy and deliver next generation user experiences for our customers (including eBay's iPhone app).
