>> an application that managed a music library consisting of 60,000 tracks. The software solution resulted in a man-hour productivity increase of over 400%.

>> a service in C++ that generated advertising revenue. The software aggregated audience profiles in real time which then aired select commercials according to target consumer markets.

Audio encoding software instability issues resulted in lost revenue potential. Volunteered to lead the investigative team that successfully eliminated the problem.
