I am currently working as a Relationship Manager with JSoft Solutions Ltd., the IT & ITes arm of JSW Group. My key focus areas include account planning & strategizing in close coordination with the Corporate office and various departmental heads at JSW Steel locations in India and working with them to develop and rollout the IT roadmap for the $3 bn steel business.
Prior to this, I was an Engagement Manager with Satyam's Corporate Strategy Group; where I led teams responsible for building growth strategy roadmaps for Satyam and its various internal business units, as well as specific account plans and regional strategy roadmaps. I was also responsible for drafting the annual corporate strategy document for Satyam in consonance with the Chief Strategy Officer.
I have about 10 years of professional experience and possess specific domain expertise in the IT Outsourcing(including IT Services/BPO/Engineering Outsourcing/Infrastructure Management) and Broadcast/New Media sectors. I was previously employed with the Hinduja Group in a variety of roles spanning Business Development and Strategy across various group companies in the Technology, Media & Telecom industries.
I am occasionally a visiting faculty at B-schools in Hyderabad, covering topics related to strategy. I was trained in consultative skills by McKinsey & Co. and successfully completed a Management Education Program with specialization in Strategy Planning from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. I am a graduate from the University of Mumbai with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering.
