After 5 years of operating as an advisor to senior, middle and junior level management at various Blue Chip client organisations in Europe and in West Africa, both with a Big 4 firm and as a freelance consultant, Prashant moved to Asia in 2008.

He is currently based in India, where he is successfully worked with an SME to transition and revive the business with its senior management. His work covers a variety of Strategic, Operational and Financial issues, and has allowed him to apply his diverese skills and experience in the complex commercial environment within which SMEs operate in India.

Prashant's experience as a Business Advisor has given him extensive experience in various aspects of operational & financial management. Further, the experience of operating successfully across many geographies & cultures, and working in varying industries with all levels of management has allowed him to develop incisive personal effectiveness, teaming and communication skills, and a knowledge base that will aid in any professional setting.
