Developed a mathematical model to dynamically prioritize and best utilize the ground station resources to satisfy the operational needs of spacecraft monitoring.

Utilizing the expert systems and operational research models for simulating and refining the genetic algorithm, implemented a m (spacecraft) X n (ground station) scheduling software for ISTRAC using simple C language on Unix.
