Currently working on projects to create some thing more Biologically relevant Web technologies such as Wikis, Web Based CMSs. Developing my own CMS and Wiki.

Developed BOS: the first biology specific object oriented application framework and a Biological Programming Environment.(Patent Pending)

Developed at least 3 novel algorithms(multipattern matching) and implemented ~10 commonly used algorithms such as Str.Aln(Eigen value Problem), Seq. Aln(DPA), UPGMA, SVD and other.

Developed MACS: A engineering approach to understanding and designing bio-nano-molecules.(Patent Pending)
