Systematic Innovation Facilitator & Innovation Consultant, Trainer
Bangalore Area, India
Presently I help people to "innovate" using customized Systematic Innovation Framework focused on taking them to a creative thinking plane (I'd like to call this as "Escalator consciousness"). In this plane I help them to understand their problems better, generating new ideas from different discipline, and preparing them to actually work on those ideas. In the course of this (somewhat) challenging task, I enjoy generating wild ideas in their domains and try to give a visual structure using all the resources I know in the computer software.
I work with internal and external customers ranging from machine tools manufacturer to food companies. I really enjoy working in the airline domain (services), mobile domain, and the new technology space and have created some success stories around.
I believe, the ideal way for an organization to innovate is to make people practicing innovation. In order to do that, they need some kind of magic wand, and understand how to use them where. Considering this as an important goal, I work with my audience to train them in these tools and disciplines
I believe I’m a great connector. I like to create knowledge networks around the globe. I’m fortunate to have a wonderful knowledge network and leveraging some of them for business development and brand building.
I’m an avid learner, and consider every opportunity for learning something new. I have developed a passion in the domain of learning from other resources including from the nature (Biomimicry) and trying to create a way for everyone to easily learn from a new discipline.
All my previous experiences have created a good base for finally taking up a profession I’m thoroughly enjoying in the innovation space. I was fortunate to be a key personal in developing some of the best innovative products in the security domain with new ideas, designs, and functionalities.
My goal is to see people don't just talk about innovation, but able to answer "HOW to INNOVATE".
