Goals
I am looking for a position that will allow me to utilize my technical experience, scientific knowledge and leadership skills in computer science and software engineering. I will only consider positions equal or higher than Senior Developer / TL in a large international enterprise level project.
Professional skills
I’m MCPD Windows, Web and Enterprise C# developer. I have strong knowledge in both theoretical and applied aspects of computer science, which is proved by achievements in contests, competitions in programming, successful projects, career history. Besides, I have good knowledge in mathematical disciplines (Algebra, Mathematical Logic, and Calculus). Currently I am holding a development and leadership position (Team Leader) in an international project for enterprise clients based in United Kingdom, US, Ukraine.
Besides engineering skills, I have a solid scientific background in theoretical computer science. I'm writing my Ph.D. thesis at Kiev National Taras Schevchenko University. The general topic of research is "Formal Methods in Requirements Engineering".
I've created a number of personal projects for scientific research and for my professional development. Some of them were successful, as for example, Fenestra - which is in top 12 projects of Worldwide finals of Microsoft Imagine Cup Competition 2007.

- Communication with other Team Leaders, Managers and Business Analysts;
- Resolving conflicts and questions inside team. Discussing disputable requirements;
- Ensuring that processes and standards are followed by team members (MSF for Agile with some of Scrum practices);
- Solving the most challenging problems;
- Performing technical interviews with candidates, developing test questionnairies.
