I was recruited to build up the development and systems administrations team, while creating a large content management system (Gutenberg). During my time, the development team grew from 5 members to 14, and the complexity of the projects produced grew exponentially. This was developed for sites like http://www.cpaglobal.com/, http://www.ukash.com/ and http://www.paramounthotels.com/
We launched an ecommerce module for sites like http://www.matchesfashion.com/ and http://www.linksoflondon.com/ which their online businesses now rely on.
I was involved in a Solutions Architecture role for many of the sites and agreed specifications through the Pod1 project management team with the clients.
