I have been honored to represent EMC, a FORTUNE 200 company, for nearly 20 years. My experience includes executive-level roles in marketing, human resources, branding, investor relations and public relations. Throughout my career, I’ve been focused on building trusting relationships, and engaging audiences in mission, vision and strategy, geared to furthering business results. My work has contributed to EMC’s enhanced employee engagement and reputation as a place to work in the 2000’s, and EMC’s achievement of being the most appreciated NYSE stock of the decade in the 1990’s.

I write a blog at http://www.pollypearson.com, and am a frequent public speaker on social media and employment branding. My employment branding and strategy engagement work has been featured in forums such as Harvard Business Review, FORTUNE, CNN.com, CBS News, National Public Radio, Financial Times, Human Resources Executive, The Human Capital Institute, and in the 2009 Penguin Press book, "Closing the Engagement Gap; How Great Companies Unlock Employee Potential For Superior Results."

I have worked in the Office of the CEO for each of EMC's 3 Chief Executives and was the first woman at EMC to be promoted to Vice President. I currently have the pleasure of working for Frank Hauck, EMC's EVP in charge of our largest division in revenue terms (Information Storage), Total Customer Experience, Quality, and Global Marketing. I also continue to work closely with EMC's EVP of Human Resources, Jack Mollen; and EMC’s Vice Chairman and head of Global Sales, Bill Teuber, as we transform EMC into the ultimate place to work.

Prior to EMC, I ran my own business in printing & graphic design, co-founded a start-up in office products, and was a manager at a recruitment advertising firm.
