Co-founded Nexus Software in 1985. Nexus was acquired by Diebold Corporation of Canton, Ohio in Oct-1999, at which point Nexus licensees included over three hundred (300) banks in over seventy nine (79) countries. To ensure orderly transition to new ownership, I was engaged in a two year management contract from Oct-1999 to Oct-2001.
