I am the techie behind TixRUs, the homegrown local alternative to Ticket[cough]ster.
We boast box office management, a unique seat selection technology, excellent customer service, self-printing tickets and a growing client base. Started in 2003 as a quick onesie hack for a specific event, we leveraged our success with that pathetic hack and refined and scaled out to the point where it now looks like a true enterprise web application. Built with all open-source and GPL software. -
