    My user experience team is responsible for user experience design on eBay's Seller Experience - an array of web and desktop tools used by casual and professional sellers. I manage a team of 9 user experience professionals, including interaction designers, visual designers, and content strategists. I work closely with product management and our business partners to propose new features for our products, ensuring that my team is effectively engaged in the most important work in our area. My goal as a manager is to provide my team has the tools, knowledge, and support to excel in their work by encouraging a collaborative and fun working environment.

    As a User Experience manager I also work as the primary liaison between the larger eBay UED organization and the business groups that I support. I keep the UED management team informed regarding the strategies in my areas, and help shape the overall direction of Design at eBay.

    Jump! was acquired by Microsoft, Inc. in the Spring of 1999 and integrated into MSN as MSN Calendar, a service of Hotmail.
