A willingness to rethink problems and craft custom solutions that meet user, business and technical goals - even if that means starting from the beginning. Not afraid to tackle corporate-wide initiatives or spend time on minor enhancements. Greatest satisfaction comes from hearing users glow about designs built around their needs, while disappointment yields itself in the form of missed usability improvements. Complete life-cycle product development experience from ideation, to go live and everything in between.
