Ms. Fitton graduated Cornell magna cum laude as a College Scholar, held a number of executive positions in marketing and business strategy, and founded Pistachio in 2002. Laura studied science writing with Carl Sagan and has several publications and a cable TV brand launch to her credit. Laura lives in Milton, MA with her two daughters and two very large Leonberger dogs. In previous lives she has been a rock climber, blue-water sailor, freelance journalist, world traveler and environmental researcher/activist. She plays ice hockey, practices Ashtanga yoga and is also a stroke survivor dedicated to raising stroke awareness.
