Passionate about Talent Management and the SaaS market, I currently work for Taleo as the Pre-Sales Engineer for France and Southern Europe markets.
I love winning early and bringing "New Business" and "New names" to Taleo by delivering stunning presentations and demonstrations in front of a large audience of HR, IT and Executive people. I have no secret: I work hard to be a process, product & domain expert as well as trusted advisor, and I love my job!
I am a result driven Sales professional. Since I have joined Taleo, I have closed more than 20 major transactions, most of them among CAC40 from which: Veolia, Renault, Alstom, Air France, PSA, , Eiffage, Banque Populaire, ….
Outside of the traditional Pre-sales responsibilities, I play a key role in the marketing and localization of our product strategy for the French and European markets. My background as a Consultant and Entrepreneur is certainly the main reason for my thirst of new ideas and new ways of marketing our products and doing business.
I have also been instrumental in the creation of an eco-system of partners and consulting firms to grow our influence on the market. I am responsible for the Pre-Sales organization in France and Southern Europe. I am the product & domain expert for all products of the Taleo Platform which mainly consist of Taleo Recruiting, Taleo Performance (Performance Reviews, Goals Planning, Succession Planning, Career & Development Planning, Compensation, Learning), Reporting (Business Object) and Integration.
Expert and fan of the Complex Software Sales methodology, I partner with Regional Sales Managers and Client Executives on every sales cycles of my region to ensure that our prospects fully understand the solution fit & value in order to drive new or more revenues.
Main responsibilities:
• Adapting Marketing materials and localization content of our product & strategy for the French and European markets
• Managing multiple simultaneous projects in a complex sales environment
• Conducting effective discovery and needs analysis
• Developing and delivering "standing ovation" solution demonstrations that align with the organizations key business drivers (I don't do demos)
• Preparing responses to RFP's, RFI's, and prospect inquiries
• Participating in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities
