The Job stuff: A Listing Specialist will ...
prepare listing packages with comprable data, complete the listing agreement, arrange photographs of property, arrange for stager and virtual tour, prepare any open house materials guest book and feature sheets, place property information on the MLS, coordinate and arrange showings, initiate and manage the closing process. This position is responsible for the marketing plan, pricing strategy and educating the seller throughout the listing process. Other tasks include database management and website maintenance & updates. -
