  I've given courses together with Paul Heetebij to coach beginning musicians to play in a band together. Help make the right constructions in the text they wrote for a song and construct the music from the early process of writing a song, together with some singing techniques. They'd perform twice after this process to show the result we all worked on. This was in Hilversum in musicstudio Jono's and in Bussum in Opsessie (formerly known as 't Krogt) and later on Cameleon. (It's a filmhouse now).
