Prior to joining Bridgeborn, I held the position of Senior Program Officer working on knowledge management at the Academy for Educational Development. Projects include developing online communities and collaboration for international environment and natural resource issues and supporting NGO capacity development, specifically in the HIV/AIDS sector as well as internal KM support for AED business operations.

I have also served as Program Manager for the US Agency for International Development's KM program, providing strategic planning, technical guidance and management oversight for the Agency's initiatives and outreach activities.

Also developed innovative web sites and approaches to collaboration, as well as communications materials and applied research products for international development through multiple consulting engagements.
