Managing Consultant at Endor.
Sydney Area, Australia
Having worked exclusively within the staffing and recruitment industry since 1993, I have a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively identify, attract and engage talent. Well versed in strategies to win talent wars, I have managed recruiting businesses that provide temporary and permanent staff at every level from junior to executive management, across almost all categories and disciplines of the workforce.
For many years I have concentrated on staffing within the ICT industry (my former career), and my new company is currently dedicated to this sector. Appreciative of the developments in technology and imminent changes to the requirements of many organisations, my new company facilitates low cost referrals of passive job seekers from fragmented and personal “talent puddles”.
I am happy to assist fellow networkers who feel that I can be of benefit, and for larger projects around staffing, may be available on a consulting basis.
Please feel free to contact me. I pride myself on my commitment to people and adopt a “pay it forward” approach to helping others.

Endor is an external referral network, which facilitates referrals of passive ICT candidates to staffing requirements in return for a referral fee, which is shared with the referee. The ingredient for Endor is a classic combination of people; process; and technology. The technology is currently under development, whilst the people networks are well established and the processes have been prepared.
Until technology is finalised, Endor are able to provide traditional recruitment services, benefitting from referrals by the extensive business networks that have been established. We would typically only recommend such traditional services for positions that cannot be filled via advertising on Internet job boards, as we believe that organisations can often reduce recruitment costs by filling such positions themselves. Endor do not advertise positions on Internet job boards, and adopt a “rifle shooting” approach to proactively identifying candidates via networking and search.
Endor also provide payroll services. We believe that whilst organisations can now address a large percentage of their recruitment needs directly, they often require payroll services to avoid any employment relationship between their company and an external contractor. Additionally, we are able to assist individuals who have secured a contractual engagement directly with an organisation and require a payroll service to ensure regular and prompt payment; appropriate insurances; and tax efficiencies.
