In addition to his role of CTO for HP's (HPQ) Personal Systems Group, Phil has a passion for creativity, innovation and ideas and loves to share the skills, tricks and tools he has learned over his career. The primary form for this sharing is through his podcast (www.killerinnovations.com) and his blog (www.philmckinney.com). This sharing is his way of "paying it forward" for the time and investment a mentor made early in his career.
