Phillip Wessels (Phill for short) is a senior student at California State University, Fresno studying art and design theory through a custom Inter-Media Design major, with the career goal of game design and creative directing.
Games are strange creatures. Aside from involving a variety of disciplines, games are also amalgams of different art mediums. By understanding core art and design theory and how art mediums relate, Phill has a unique and valuable insight into the nature of interactive entertainment.
Phill has a passionate belief in the power of video games as emotional, social, and philosophical experiences. He is personally committed to fostering this power in projects he is involved with.
