IT/IS Administrator and general network guru

If it's a small or medium business network, I know it. I spent the first 4 years of my professional career working my way up from a lab tech to a senior on-site technician. We designed and set up networks for country clubs, lawyers, accountants, hotels, and manufacturing firms ranging in size from 5 to 100 users and workstations.
I left that company to join a rapidly growing manufacturing firm to get more experience with enterprise grade products like Microsoft Dynamics GP and SQL Server. I've been maintaining their network since 2006 and have implemented multiple cost saving and productivity enhancing solutions. I've also been responsible for improving business procedures and optimizing office work-flows.
