I am a "Car Guy" who moved from retail into automotive advertising, marketing and public relations. I developed an internet based operating system for full service automotive advertising agencies - Ad Agency Online, L.L.C. - in December of 2001. I currently consult for my affiliated independent automotive advertising agencies, auto dealer and vendor clients. I also consult for Colliers Abood Wood-Fay Real Estate, a commercial real estate firm with a specialized division focused on the auto industry - Colliers Automotive Realestate Services , (CARS).
As a "teacher" or "dealer coach" I pride myself in learning new things for my clients and then applying them to add to their list of "best practices." To that end, I host a FREE auto industry resource portal - AdAgencyOnline.Net - to platform cutting edge technologies, internet applications and integrated processes for my dealer and vendor clients, dealer associations and OEM's.
As the author of two books on the automotive industry, (including a career guide entitled 'How To Sell A Car"), and a current blog talk radio show host I have earned a reputation as an expert on the automotive industry willing to share my succes - and admit my failures - to insure that we all grow in the process.

Ad Agency Online was built on the foundation of my experience in the retail car industry; in more ways than one. Our differentiator was/is our core product - www.adagencyonline.net - which functions like a DMS Operating system does for a car dealership. It conceals an online operating sustem for automotive advertising agencies with a central communication and distribution system linking a national network of affiliated agencies and production/vendor affiliates providing superior work product for a fraction of the price, and in a fraction of the time, of conventional agencies.

I established telephone access to the operating systems and internet based video monitoring systems before selling the facility due to the pre-mature death of my investment partner; and friend.
