We are building a community of trained and experienced practitioners in the use of TopDec®, our unique, proprietary, reliable Attitude profiling instrument. We are developing trainers to spread the Attitude Work paradigm. We are seeding coaching skills in the workplace to create a powerful conversation about Attitude. We are a source of the latest research and lessons learned from the field of Attitude Work.
