Almost twenty years ago I introduced a new approach to marketing that I called Full Effect Marketing and set up a business - The Full Effect Company to deliver it. Today the Full Effect Marketing book is in the pipeline and I present my philosophy through seminars and workshops around the world.

Full Effect Marketing assumes that all businesses are marketing businesses and every function in every organisation has a marketing role to play. I create fully integrated, end-to-end business and marketing strategies that tackle every obstacle to growth and introduce organisations to new structures and practices that place marketing firmly at their centre and are indisputably more efficient than those that almost all businesses are used to.

Full Effect Marketing weaves together many tools and processes to create seamless end-to-end growth strategies. Some of these tools I have created, others I have borrowed and I guess there are still more that I am yet to invent or discover in response to the obstacles that my clients and I encounter along the way.

As in life, the basis of Full Effect Marketing is communications of all types, on all levels both inside and outside the organsation. I'm absolutely media neutral, I don't acknowledge the lines that communications are supposed to be either above or below - they are not there - never have been.

I believe that brands are the key to successful business, but recognise that most businesses don't really understand them. I help organisations discover their true brand and show them how to build a community around it that will drive their business forward.
