Philip Antoniades’s Summary
President and cofounder of Nimbit Inc. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, I have owned a record label, managed nationally touring artists, worked as a producer and promoter while continuing to tour nationally as a professional drummer. In the early 1990s, I started Johnny Brock Management, a promotions and booking agency centered around the New England area. Johnny Brock Management was a principle partner in the International Acoustic Underground Competition. In 1996 I founded Artist Development Associates Inc., offering mastering, CD manufacturing, design and promotion services to support touring independent artists. In 1997, I launched cdfreedom.com, in order to provide online retail and fulfillment of CDs and merchandise to our growing indie customer base. Artist Development Associates and Nimbit merged in 2004. I am an honors graduate of Berklee College of Music. As a DIY pioneer and a member of the "scrapper" generation I'm attracted and continue to focus my attention, towards business solutions that create real income for musicians.
