The professional and life experience of Phil Ahern ( Director of Reconcile ) is broad. He has been a High School teacher , career counsellor, personal and relationship counsellor, mediator and adult educator. In fact it was during his time as a career guidance counsellor that he realised the majority of people's problems were connected to the workplace. That is why he decided to study Conflict Management at a Post Graduate level.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Education; Grad. Dip. Soc.Sci. ( Counselling ) and a Master of Conflict Management from the University of South Australia.
