Prior to taking Endavo private in Feb 2008, my role here (and also of I-Media, Endavo's former public parent co) was focused on: taking a small public company and its subsidiaries through capital restructure, reorganization and M&A; extracting and repositioning business value through corporate and business restructure; pulling together a competent team and managing scarce resources required to launch a new business plan; and executing bootstrapped product development, launch and commercial rollout. At the end of the day, my job was to keep the company on track in order to allow my team to focus on development and sales. Coming full circle, we have now launched Endavo Media onto a success path as a new privately held company that is making its mark in the Online Social Media industry.
