Greatest success only occurs when there are two clients and they are well served and satisfied with the greatest possible value delivered to each.
I started my recruiting career in 1998. After many years in banking, accounts payable, payroll and customer service, I wanted to try a different arena. I came to Option 1 looking for a receptionist position......they didn't let me leave until speaking to me about the opportunities of being a recruiter. I thought it was great! I make money AND help people better their lives?!! What could be better?
Well, having a support system, ethical co-workers and excellent clients who trust me were all added benefits to my job. I left Option 1 Staffing in 2003 to try another adventure....I had to come back! I missed Option 1 and the feeling I get from working here. Ethics, realiability and the helping both client and candidate fulfill their needs. Truth, honesty and moral!
STAFFING = INVESTMENT NOT AN EXPENSE
