While I work with buyers in all of Wake and surrounding counties, I spezialize in the Raleigh and Knightdale market when it comes to working with sellers. Our thought out marketing plan assures that the home gets sold within a time-frame that fits the sellers need. We're experienced in working with first-time buyers, move-up buyers or investors and have access to a great team of professionals to help with all aspects of real estate transaction, such as mortgage products, tax advice, contractors, inspectors, etc.
Given the current market situation we have been helping many homeowners who are facing foreclosure. I've been certified in Foreclosure Prevention and will gladly meet with any homeowner in Raleigh and surrounding areas to map out what can be done to avoid foreclosure on their home. Even though 've been a successful real estate broker since 1995, it wasn't until July 2007 when my husband Damon joined me in real estate full time that we decided it was time to start our own company, Family Real Estate Brokers.
