• MOSS 2007 – Designed, architected & developed a Self Service E-HR portal to manage & automate HR processes for the 5000 employees of the trust. The portal was built using MOSS 2007, Infopath, K2 and various 3rd party tools
• Workshops – Ran various workshops to carry out the business analysis to ascertain how the various functions currently operate & how they will run in future via the new E-HR portal.
• Business Process Mapping – Through BPM workshops identified & broke down every process that occurs within the HR department, mapped out, refined & then built in K2 Blackpoint.
• InfoPath Forms – Designed new Eforms with InfoPath to replace the 50+ manual HR paper based forms.
