Heading up a small creative team, we are in charge of all design needs our clients have. Be it print, packaging or online work. I'm also responsible for client consulting prior to design as well as idea development together with potential clients.
Since I was hired I have implemented a few new guidelines and our monday morning meetings. My aim was to get all workers aware of each project including the ones they are not directly working on so there is input from fresh minds each week. It is amazing how a marketing manager can say something that makes a developer tackle a problem in a completely different way. Or a developer saying something that gets a designer out of his design block. Team work goes a long way. -

I won a grant to go abroad and work for 6 months. It was a part of a programme to increase skills in young designers setup by the European Union. I instantly trived in the creative and knowledgeable environment, so much so that after the internship I was offered a junior position with the company.
My duties included designing smaller websites, banners and logos for the web. Producing brochures, flyers and leaflets designed by the Senior designer. -
