Ontwerpmethode: Rapid Prototyping in XHTML/CSS/Javascript met eigen CMS tools en publication engine.
Maken van custom templates, forms en workflow ontwerpen voor IBM Lotus Quickr (een collaboration platform) vanuit usability perspectief voor intern gebruik binnen de Belastingdienst. -

Workshops met Business voor analyse van de Business Cases. Opstellen van Functional Design documenten, rapportage en overleg met opdrachtgever.
Aanleveren van pagina-ontwerpen in XHTML/CSS/Javascript aan de ontwikkelteams, als quality assurance voor de FD-documenten. Meewerken met het testteam voor de kwaliteit van de uiteindelijk ontwikkelde applicatie-pagina's (m.b.v. Mercury TestDirector 8).
Voor het aanleveren van alle applicatie-pagina's heb ik gebruik gemaakt van XSLT en XML. Begeleiding van de (internationale) ontwikkelaars.
Usability redesign werkzaamheden en verbeteren van de user interface van beide applicaties. Adviezen op het gebied van stricte scheiding tussen structuur (HTML) en presentatie (CSS), alsook van client-side form-validatie met Javascript (DHTML). -
