Interaction (re-) design of the public website www.toeslagen.nl of the Dutch Tax organization. The new site will be launched end of 2008 for the new fiscal year 2009. About two million citizins (receivers of government funds for health care, child support etc.) will be using the site, which is an informative "pre-portal" for a new portal where tax payers can manage their personal tax-related information.
The design has recently been tested in a usability lab and has received very positive reactions from the test panel. -
