InterAct Public Safety Systems serves over 400 communities serving over 40 million of our citizens. From our patented technology, TrueLook, we have a new offering in video surveillance and intelligent threat detection and response, TrueSentry. Our TrueLook technology has been deployed since 1998 in every continent in the world (including the south pole) capturing over one BILLION media clips.

Responsible for every aspect of the business and product lines of SilkRoad technology’s Collaboration Solutions, from strategy and brand development, to software design, architecture and engineering, to customer support and service, to business and partner development.
Developed and executed the strategy, growth, and acquisition plan. The business model was to create a set of social, collaborative technologies for corporate environments and offer them as low-cost software services. Execution included:
* Acquisition of OpinionWare, web-based survey technology, the first of its kind at inception.
* Acquisition of Pendulab, including: ChatBlazer, multi-channel text, audio and video chat; Instant Engage, customer service chat; and AffiliateShop, affiliate community services.
* Development and launch of SilkBlogs and SilkClips, weblog and video blog technologies.
* Development and launch of Silkware.com, a web store for related software services.

Was a principal architect and engineer in the design and implementation of divine MindAlign, an enterprise collaboration application. divine MindAlign features a scalable, persistent and open messaging server with one-to-one as well as community–based chat. MindAlign serves hundreds of thousands of users conducting millions of dollars of transactions a day.
Responsible for the technical architecture, development and delivery of divine’s collaboration solutions and core software infrastructure. Also responsible for the delivery of core Web services, application integration tools, platforms and APIs at divine which enabled the company's applications to seamlessly interoperate with each other and integrate with customers' existing systems.
Represented the company through technology speaking engagements at industry trade shows and on the committees of several industry standardization efforts around Web service technologies
