I am a disputes resolution lawyer, conducting litigation and arbitration for clients.

My speciality is multi-jurisdictional litigation. This includes advising clients on where may be the best jurisdiction to bring or defend a claim. The choice of court can make the difference between the success and failure of a claim - for example, a claim may be time-barred in one country and not in another.

I have worked on matters in a wide range of fields, mainly focussing on

- investment disputes (including fraud-related cases)
- energy related mattesr
- general commercial disputes
- insurance and reinsurance litigation

These disputes have been litigated in a variety of places, from Singapore to the US. I have experience of arbitrations supervised by a number of institutions, including the LCIA and ICC, and using various rules incuding UNCITRAL and the Bermuda form.

I have full rights of audience in the English courts. I can also speak basic Chinese (Mandarin)
