Peter Mattsson’s Summary
I am the Director of Coaching at the English Golf Union based at the National Golf Centre in Woodhall Spa in England. Originating from Sweden I spent 10 years with the Swedish Golf Federation, the last 7 as the Head Coach of the Swedish National Teams before coming to England in 2005. Coaching is my profession and my role at the moment mainly involves coaching the other 11 National and Regional Coaches that work with the players on the National Teams and the Regional Squads around the country.
I enjoy working with people and see myself as a motivator and a facilitator where skills and abilities are used in the best possible way to develop the programme or the business.
