Peter Marinilli is the CEO and founder of Target Consulting Group LLC, a Canton, Massachusetts-based employment firm specializing in the placement of sales executives in New England and throughout the nation. Pete joins a select group of professionals dually certified by the National Association of Personnel Services as both a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified Staffing Specialist. He has served as Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services (MAPS) since 2006 and is an active Board Member at New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS). His articles have been published in Selling Power Magazine. He earned his undergraduate in Business Management at University of New Hampshire where he was also an All-Conference athlete. Prior to starting his own recruiting firm, Pete was a top- producing sales executive and sales manager for RCN, a Boston-based telecom company. In 2008, Pete founded SeniorCareerSource.com, an online job bank for second-career job seekers over the age of 50.

Pete and his staff are actively involved with local organizations that support programs for children. The Target Consulting team participates annually in the Rodman Ride for Kids each September. Pete also personally volunteers his time working with youth wrestling programs.
