Peter Heinzl’s Summary

My main experience lies in leading and managing AIESEC in Austria, an NGO with 150 voluntary workers. The main learning points were in strategic planning, team management, people development and sales.

My AIESEC journey took me as well to the international level, being a member of the steering team, a multicultural team which gives input and analysis to the global organisation.

By being a mentor I am assisting young talent in their personal development.

Next to that I gained experience in consulting during several internships ranging from post merger integration to FMCG category management.

My current job is in key account management for industrial goods.
