I shepherd the Blackbaud User Society members by maintaining and cultivating the community in which they thrive. I've been using Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge professionally for over 5 years and have come to learn just how powerful a tool it is in helping fundraising organizations. The community runs on vBulletin and requires daily gardening to keep things healthy. I am constantly looking for new and exciting ways to bring value to the members and make blackbus.org a worthwhile place for them to call home.
I am spending time as a Raiser's Edge Consultant offering ways to help organizations get the most from their systems. People spend a lot of money on RE and often only use a small portion of its capabilities. I can help them get more bang for their buck.
I love what I do so much that the lines between work and not-work seem to blur.

The Blackbaud User Society supports clients of Blackbaud Inc in an unofficial capacity. We provide a community for users to interact with each other to get the most out of their software purchases.
We also advocate to Blackbaud on behalf of our members for specific enhancements to their software that are wanted. We meet with Blackbaud developers annually at the Blackbaud Conference for Non-Profits in Charleston, SC.
